Customer satisfaction is always our top priority. While we hope that you are happy with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with your goods you have 14 days starting from the day your order was delivered to ask for a full refund.

Returned items must be unused and complete.

Customers will receive the full amount of the product.

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Send an email to inform us of your return.Place the item(s) in the original shipping box.Place the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order.Close the box and tape it securely.Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods.We kindly advise that the items on sale for no profit projects cannot be changed or returned. We recommend posting within 7 days of your Return Request and requesting proof of postage to guarantee that we receive your parcel within 14 days. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for anything lost or damaged in transit. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Shipments to post office boxes will not be possible.
